BEFORE YOU REGISTER:

1. Please make sure that you select the correct age group.  Registration forms are age sensitive, i.e., a 3 grade child will not be able to register for the 5 grade program.
2. If this is your first time registering online, you will be asked for your e-mail address and password. Please enter your e-mail address (not your name or your childs name), your password will be sent to you in a matter of seconds. Once you receive your password you will be able to proceed.
3. All players must be US Lacrosse members.  This can be done during registration and must be completed before you can proceed. 
4. The team fee should be paid via credit card online or by check payable to the Greeley Youth Lacrosse Association and mailed to: Greeley Youth Lacrosse Association, P.O. Box 142, Chappaqua, NY 10514

      Greeley Youth Lacrosse is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization run by volunteers.  All our fees collected go toward the programming costs incurred throughout the Fall, Winter and Spring.

      If it becomes necessary for a refund to be given please note the following will apply:

      All refunds will be net of a $25 processing fee.

      Registration Fees paid at time of registration will be refunded if necessary in the following manner:    

                 Refund requested before December 15- full refund less processing fee          

                 Refund requested before January 15- 75% fees paid refunded less processing fee

                 Refund requested before March 1- 50% fees paid refunded less processing fee

                 No refunds after March 1

Adult/Alumni and High School Summer Lacrosse Registration

1. Please make sure that you select the correct age group.  Registration forms are age sensitive, a H.S. student will not be able to register for the Adult/Alumni team.
2. If this is your first time registering online, you will be asked for your e-mail address and password.  Please enter your e-mail address (not your name), your password will be sent to you in a matter of seconds.  Once you receive your password you will be able to proceed.
3. All players should be US Lacrosse members. To become a US Lacrosse member, log onto: www.uslacrosse.org and click on membership. You are not however required to be a US Lacrosse member.   
4. The team fee should be paid online via credit card or by check payable to the Greeley Youth Lacrosse Association and mailed to: Greeley Youth Lacrosse Association, P.O. Box 142, Chappaqua, NY 10514.
