GYL Refund Policy

Greeley Youth Lacrosse is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization run by volunteers.

All our fees collected go toward the programming costs incurred throughout the Fall, Winter and Spring. 

If it becomes necessary for a refund to be given please note the following will apply:

ALL refunds will be net of a $25 processing fee.

Registration Fees paid at time of registration will be refunded if necessary in the following manner:

·         Refund requested before December 15 – full refund less any processing fee.

·         Refund requested before January 15 – 75% fees paid refunded less any processing fee.

·         Refund requested before March 1 – 50% fees paid refunded less processing fee.

·         No refunds after March 1.
